  1. All project summaries, financial data and documents shown on the platform are confidential; they may not be shared with third parties or copied.
  2. The confidentiality obligation applies to every project viewed, whether or not an investment is made, and lasts for 3 years after access ends.
  3. Platform access is personal; login details may not be transferred to anyone else.
  4. Information in opportunities is not investment advice; the investment decision and its responsibility rest with the investor.
  5. The investment process is carried out under a separate investment agreement signed by the parties.
  6. In case of a breach of this agreement, Astra reserves the right to end access immediately and claim any resulting damages.

Why do you ask for a corporate email?

Project summaries contain confidential information, so we need to verify the applicant’s identity and affiliation. Verification is done through your corporate email address.

Does applying oblige me to invest?

No. Applying and being approved only gives you access to project summaries. Any investment is carried out under a separate investment agreement signed by the parties.

How confidential is the project information?

All project summaries, financial data and documents you view are confidential and may not be shared with third parties. This obligation lasts for 3 years after your access ends.

Is a BKY license required?

No. If you hold a Crowdfunding Investor (BKY) license, just tick the box in the form.
