  1. The project information you share is used only for the review and kept confidential.
  2. Applying creates no obligation for Astra to take on the project; a written proposal is provided after the review.
  3. For unfinished projects, you confirm that the source code and documents belong to you and that you’re authorized to hand them over.
  4. In the referral model, if the project you refer turns into a signed contract, a commission of 10% of the project fee is paid; you don’t need to be involved in the process.
  5. In the partnership / revenue share model, the terms are set in a separate agreement.
  6. On request, a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed separately.

Who reviews my application?

Our technical team reviews your project through a manager’s and an architect’s eyes, then gets back to you by email.

Does applying mean you take on the project?

No. Applying creates no obligation for Astra to take on the project; after the review, you receive a written proposal.

Can I hand over an unfinished project?

Yes. We review the existing code and documents and complete the project from where it stopped. You need to confirm that the source code and documents belong to you and that you’re authorized to hand them over.

How does the referral commission work?

You refer the project to us; if it turns into a signed contract, you earn a 10% commission on the project fee. You don’t need to be involved in the process.

How does the partnership model work?

We cover part of the development cost in exchange for revenue share or equity. The terms are set in a separate agreement.

How is my idea kept confidential?

The project information you share is used only for the review and kept confidential. If you ask in the form, we also sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
